Thank you for visiting and shopping at LOVEW.​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Pre Orders

Pre-ordered products are paid for at the time of sale. Please allow for an additional 2 months for preordered products to be available. Products available for preorder will never take more than 2 months to arrive at our warehouse. Orders containing preordered products will be process once the product arrives at our warehouse. The order will then be processed within 2-3 business days like usually.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

LOVEW ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LOVEW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

LOVEW will reimburse customer for any products damaged or lost during shipping at our discretion. If you received your order damaged, please contact us. We love to help customers and we want to provide the top notch high quality customer service. We are want all customer to have a wonderful experience when shopping at LOVEW. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal!

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

Please contact us using our contact form before placing an order. This will allow us to calculate shipping & handling costs for destination outside of the United States. We are hoping to ship to all locations possible, but at this time, we need more resources to provide the high quality shipping available to intentional residents. Therefore, contact us with location and name of products that you are interested in ordering. We are not responsible for customs demarcation costs. 

Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and contact LOVEW at aidenlovelybooks@gmail.com
 

 
 
 
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
